The death of Artesian Wi-Fi is coming

In this past Friday's Daily News, a survey of some cafes in the city finds that the electricity and wi-fi are being turned off for table campers.  I've been in this business for about seven years now, and I learned very early that table camping has been the number one reason for no wi-fi in places.  Which is why I have always believed that paid or complimentary with purchase wi-fi is the way to go.  Become a member of the Urban Hotspots network, and you can implement whatever business model you want, unlimited free, give out timed comp cards with a purchase, or prepaid cards, or online credit card purchases. Use wi-fi as a way to increase incremental revenue, interact with and market to your customers, and your marketing partners, rather than see it as a liability.  Hat Tip to Eater
